Hospitality Management
The Manager’s Guide series was developed to cover the required units of competency for Certificate 4, Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. The 4 titles come as full-colour book and interactive CD-ROM packages, featuring a Virtual Hotel. The Virtual Hotel allows the student to apply their knowledge in a simulated real-world setting. Problem-based learning using realistic workplace scenarios helps the budding manager to prepare for the challenges they will face in the industry.

Online Training Demos

Final Assessment TestsFutura Training provides final assessments in the form of written tests for Certificate 3 subjects, in line with AQF guidelines. Questions are a combination of short answer, multiple choice and true/false. We provide answers and an easy marking sheet, as well as mapping of each question to the relevant performance criteria and critical aspects of assessment.
