Lesson Outlines and Food Orders

Lesson Outlines are designed to be given to the student to provide them with an overview of what recipes will be covered in the practical units of competency. All recipes are found in the resources and food orders are matched up to each lesson to assist with ordering ingredients. Order sizes can easily be adjusted to account for class sizes by the click of a button.

SIT07 Assessment and Resource Mapping

Futura Training provides extensive mapping documentation of all assessments and resources, including mapping of individual questions against each performance criteria, as well as critical aspects of assessment. Final Assessment Tests

Futura Training provides final assessments in the form of written tests for Certificate 3 subjects, in line with AQF guidelines. Questions are a combination of short answer, multiple choice and true/false. We provide answers and an easy marking sheet, as well as mapping of each question to the relevant performance criteria and critical aspects of assessment. Obviously we can’t show you the answers here on our website, but please contact us for further information on the Teacher Support Tools and assessment items.
