Why do I get the error “Please insert original disk” when I run my CD?
If you are running an original Futura Training CD your antivirus might be blocking our CD protection application. Please take the following steps:
• Consult your antivirus manual on how to add files to your program’s exceptions list.
• When browsing for the file to add, copy and paste the below information into the “File name:” input box (See example below)
º If you have Food and Beverage Disks:-
- XP: [enter your CD/DVD drive letter]:\019Z\\discinfo\DiscInfo.exe
OR
[enter your CD/DVD drive letter]:\DiscInfo\DiscInfo.exe
- Vista: [enter your CD/DVD drive letter]:\019Z\\discinfo\DiscInfo.exe
OR
[enter your CD/DVD drive letter]:\DiscInfo\DiscInfo.exe
º If you have Accommodation Services or Advance Diploma Disks:-
- XP/Vista: [enter your CD/DVD drive letter] :\assets\AS\DiscInfo\DiscInfo.exe

• Once added try running your Futura CD again.
