Lesson Outlines and Food OrdersLesson Outlines are designed to be given to the student to provide them with an overview of what recipes will be covered in the practical units of competency. All recipes are found in the resources and food orders are matched up to each lesson to assist with ordering ingredients. SIT07 Assessment and Resource MappingFutura Training provides extensive mapping documentation of all assessments and resources, including mapping of individual questions against each performance criteria, as well as critical aspects of assessment. Marking and attendance recording tools also help the RTO with their administration and reporting requirements. Practical Assessment Observation ChecklistsPractical assessment observation checklists can be used to record student attempts in practical assessment lessons. Final Assessment TestsFutura Training provides final assessments in the form of written tests for Certificate 3 subjects, in line with AQF guidelines. Questions are a combination of short answer, multiple choice and true/false. We provide answers and an easy marking sheet, as well as mapping of each question to the relevant performance criteria and critical aspects of assessment.
