• All resources and assessments are mapped to the SIT07 training package and then written with verification of all assessments
• The content is produced with input from a wide variety of industry experts across all sectors of the industry, e.g. current hotel managers, Ed Halmagyi and a multitude of current chefs and Hospitality professionals
• The resources are reviewed by industry experts for currency and accuracy; educational experts (TAFEs and private RTOs) for educational approach and usefulness; and editors for language appropriate for domestic and international students
• We seek and collate feedback, constructive criticism and input from all of our clients and incorporate these changes into our resources as part of our continuous improvement process
• We have meetings with Service Skills Australia, Tourism Training Australia, TVET Australia and others to obtain feedback on the validity of our resources and assessment tools – please note that each of these bodies recognises our resources as high-quality resources and sells them from their websites
• We have employed a specialist Educational Consultant to solely focus on compliance issues and any feedback that we receive from audits is incorporated into our continuous improvement processes for the Teacher Support Tools which we then feed out to our clients – you are drawing on the experience of 100s of RTOs and TAFEs around Australia
• The validation process must be supported on the local level by each RTO, as the local industry needs to provide their feedback and you must be able to show your industry linkages
